The open plan apartment at 21212 is a wonderful space in the heart of Edinburgh city with its own separate access from the main building at 3 Royal Terrace. As well as a king-sized bed, the apartment has a fold down single bed so can comfortably accommodate three people (no under 5s unfortunately).

Guests can enjoy a front facing courtyard, lounge with home working areas, kitchenette, dining area, dressing room and bedroom. The bathroom has a free-standing bath and separate shower along with a double sink unit. Other inclusions are:
